Refund policy

At Villain Ark, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at villainarkbrand@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Personalized or custom-made items
Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return in accordance with our standard return policy.
Refunds for sale items will be issued at the sale price.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
